As if you needed more reasons to root against Auburn, there is now free food riding on this Saturday's game, which kicks off at 7:15 p.m. and will be televised by ESPN.

Some PR genius at Waffle House made hay out of a bet between suppliers last year, dubbed the "Waffle Wager," which resulted in free waffles, hashbrowns and coffee at a location in Tuscaloosa after the Tide edged out Texas A&M. This year, it's the Georgia-Auburn game that determines which team's town gets free breakfast all day.

Please also note that the CEO/president of the company is using the phrase "waffle nation," the new best descriptor for our region of the country.

In addition to the free food, Waffle House will also donate $15,000 to the winning school’s general scholarship fund. No word on whether you can get your hashbrowns with add-ins.

UPDATE: Georgia's 34-7 win over Auburn means the Waffle House on Clayton Street downtown will be dishing out free grub Wednesday, Nov. 19–Thursday, Nov. 20 from 7 a.m.–7 a.m.
