The Four Coursemen are no more

I'm going to try to boil down the virtual novel of an email I received from several sources about what's going on with the Four Coursemen. Damien, Randy and Patrick, plus Noah and Chrissy and new buddy Nathan Brand are still doing very above-the-radar under-the-radar meals, in the same house, now called Shotgun Dinners. To get on the email list that tells you when reservations open up, click the link. Damien is launching Normaltown Craft Beers and Public Domain Dinners, the latter a kind of movable feast to provide a similar kind of supper club in other cities. Nancy, who was doing beverages, has her own thing now, Cork and Key, which does drinks consultation for restaurants. She, along with Matt and Eddie, is also doing another supper club-type thing, called Coterie and Tie. And Eddie has moved to Atlanta, where he's chef at Parish. Basically, new names and new email lists, a lot of them, but not less in the way of semi-underground hipster foodie options.
