Half-Shepherd Market & Cheese Shop Is Open

Hey, grilled cheese fans, do you need some good news? Half-Shepherd Market and Cheese Shop, which has had brown papered windows facing Prince Avenue in Normaltown for some months now, is open for business and serving lunch Monday through Saturday from 11 a.m.–2 p.m., as well as retailing fine cheeses.
You can get grilled cheese (made with gouda, comte, brie, cheddar, colby or fromage blanc, plus fancy add-ons like speck, porchetta, 'ndjua, jam, romesco and more), cold sandwiches (some of which can be made vegetarian or vegan and all of which can be made on gluten-free bread), deli salads and sides.
The store is open from 11 a.m.–8 p.m. Monday through Saturday and is doing some pop-ups to highlight its cheeses and charcuterie.
