Anthony Little believes in a thing called love.
In the final installment of this three-part series, Little, aka Versatyle Tha Wildchyld, delves into his definition of what family means to him—and how the Wild Wolf Pack, his hip hop group consisting of young, multicultural lyricists and rappers, is a part of that extended family. "Blood doesn't make us family," Little says. "Loyalty makes us family."
Little also talks about how the Wolf Pack has been branded by some as being cultish. "We stay to ourselves," he says. "We don't get in here and cut off chicken heads."
Surviving multiple shootings and car crashes, Little, a former drug addict and felon, says his main goal is "to make the world a better place for the kids that I've created"—his two sons, 6-month-old Ronin-Bushido Reignwulf and 1-year-old King-Azrael Blackwulf.
"If you don't want to be loved in truth," Little says, "you're not going to belong in this family. That's just how our family functions."
When it's all said and done, he says, love is the key to his family. And through his music, he strives to spread that message and help others.
"I know that, a year from now, this interview is one of many," Little says. "And I plan on maintaining my integrity and maintaining my morality… If I tell you something, I'm going to do it—it doesn't matter what it is."
