Who doesn’t love some Girls Scout Cookies?! In honor of the annual National Girl Scout Cookie Weekend, eight Athens restaurants will offer unique desserts created with Girl Scout cookies from Feb. 27–Mar. 1. The public can then vote on their favorite offering at gshg.org/vote. The winning restaurant will receive a trophy. Most restaurants will prepare desserts using Samoa cookies, in honor of that cookie’s 40th anniversary, but are not limited to Samoas. Participating restaurants include Gigi’s Cupcakes, Last Resort Grill, Square One Fish Co., Hendershot’s Coffee, Viva! Argentine Cuisine, Mama’s Boy, Ike and Jane Café and Bakery and the Westside Loco’s Grill & Pub.
