COLORBEARER OF ATHENS, GEORGIA LOCALLY OWNED SINCE 1987
March 16, 2016

Col. Bruce Hampton & Friends

Thursday, Mar. 17 @ Live Wire Athens

Longtime Georgia-based rabble-rouser “Colonel” Bruce Hampton brings his iconic, inimitable jam-rock stylings to Live Wire on Thursday for a musical celebration that will also feature Jefferson-based country-folk trio the Redstone Ramblers and local songwriters Fester Hagood, William Tonks and Ty Manning, the three of whom will combine for a special performance. Your options for listening to jaunty Irish folk tunes and/or drinking loads of green beer on this particular evening are plentiful—and many are equally worth your time—but if you’re in the mood for something a little different to help you celebrate St. Patty’s Day, here’s your show.
