One of the few remaining old-school country showmen, wild-haired, black-suited Marty Stuart brings his Fabulous Superlatives band to town for a set of traditional honky tonk and much more. A Mississippi native and Grand Ole Opry regular who moved units in the early ’90s with hits like “Tempted” and the Travis Tritt duet “This One's Gonna Hurt You (for a Long, Long Time),” Stuart went on to explore passion projects like the 2005 concept album Badlands: Ballads of the Lakota. The Superlatives’ most recent recording, 2014’s Saturday Night and Sunday Morning, is a celebration of country music’s spiritual roots, drawing from gospel, blues and more to make its powerful point.
MARTY STUART & HIS FABULOUS SUPERLATIVES Eclectic, Grammy-winning country artist and showman Stuart leads his band.
