Jug Tavern Festival
Winder’s annual outdoor festival includes over 60 arts and crafts vendors, information booths from community organizations, plenty of barbecue and other snacks from food trucks, and cornhole tournaments with prizes throughout the day, plus inflatables, games and other activities for children. Live music kicks off at 7 p.m. Friday with The Regulars Band and Aerosmith tribute Pandora’s Box, and at 4:30 p.m. Saturday with Brandon Whitley, Five Speed Band, Thomas Fountain and Josh Thompson. The Dixie Cruisers Car Club will showcase over 50 classic cars, motorcycles, trucks and tractors from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Saturday.
