Eleanor Davis
The second installment of the Lyndon House Artists Edition Series, which launched last June with artist David Hale, spotlights local cartoonist and illustrator Eleanor Davis. A limited edition of 100 signed prints will be available of “Snakes and Pears,” which can be purchased for $50 each with all proceeds donated towards supporting the LHAC’s programming. The print sale doubles as the opening for “Pictures and Words With Pictures,” a new exhibition of original paintings and drawings that will remain on view through June 2. Davis’ book publications include How to Be Happy, You & a Bike & a Road and Why Art?, and her illustrations have appeared in The New Yorker, Oxford American and Google Doodles.
