“The Flying Squid Spectacular”
What started as a small group of friends gathering in a backyard to share jokes has quickly blossomed into one of the most impressive comedy series in Athens, and was even recently featured in the documentary Athens Rising. To celebrate the event’s third anniversary, comedians Daniel Cutts, Kelly Petronis, Craig J.W., Zach Parker and Ahndhi Sticha will present a special performance of “The Flying Squid Spectacular.” Interpret as you will, but the original show promises a story about “a twisted and broken creature wracked with deathbed visions intercepted at the HAARP death ray facility and interpreted by fingerless orphans tunneled into the Appalachian Mountains.”
