Do NOT Read This Book at Bedtime
Creative team Bart King and Jacob Wenzka celebrate the release of their third children’s picture book, Do NOT Read This Book at Bedtime. Like their previous books, Juniper Gets Wet and The Girl Who Kept Night in Her Closet, their latest collaboration features whimsical storytelling by King and eye-catching illustrations by Wenzka. Do NOT Read juxtaposes language that lulls the listeners’ eyes to sleep with mentions of daytime adventures like visiting penguins at the South Pole and playing with schools of fish in the ocean. The duo will read and sign copies of their new book, and coloring sheets will be available to keep kids busy while parents relax over coffee.
