Indie South’s 14th annual Springtacular market brings in dozens of artists, collectors and craft makers from across the Southeast. Offering everything from paintings, ceramics and jewelry to textiles, home goods and body products, vendors to keep an eye out for include Root & Kettle, Rock Belly, Native Bear and Color of Heat. Formerly held in the lot at Chase Street and Prince Avenue, the market has recently relocated to the Classic Center’s covered pavilion—a space that retains the open-air nature of the event, but better protects vendors and visitors from unpredictable weather. In addition to artwork, the weekend includes craft activities, live music, food trucks, demonstrations and a bar.
Indie South Fair presents its annual Springtacular artist market, featuring over 60 handmade and vintage vendors, live music, kids crafts, classes, food trucks and more. See Calendar Pick on p. 15.
