The brewery’s new exhibition, “En Plein Air,” provides a time capsule of a blooming springtime Bartram Trail Farm through site-specific watercolor scenes painted on location by Margaret Agner, Susie Burch, Olivia Carlisle, Mary Ann Cox, Alice Pruitt, Viviane van Giesen and Katherine Schuber. Presented by Get Artistic, the reception will offer an opportunity to meet the artists and watch scientific illustration demonstrations by Carlisle. Pinto Art Supplies, which provided materials to the participating artists to create their works for this exhibition, will also host a pop-up sale and demonstrate how watercolor paints are mixed by hand. The exhibition will remain on view at Creature Comforts through June 2.
