Celebrating its 15th anniversary, the Found Footage Festival is the eccentric culmination of years spent searching through dusty thrift stores and estate sales in a quest for the best of unintentionally funny videos. Co-hosts and childhood friends Nick Prueher, a former staffer at “The Colbert Report,” and Joe Pickett, a contributing writer for The Onion, supplement their touring showcase with live commentary. In addition to weird blasts from the past, the ninth installment includes courtroom footage from when Pickett and Prueher faced a federal lawsuit after pranking their way onto a small Midwestern local news station using the fictitious strongman duo Chop and Steele.
