Recently a group of University of Georgia poets decided they want to bombard Gov. Nathan Deal with photos of writers and other Athenians holding signs opposing the campus carry bill in hopes he’ll veto it. Well, a few celebrities have joined the fun.
Ex-R.E.M. frontman Michael Stipe:

Emily Saliers and Amy Ray of one-time Athens band the Indigo Girls:

“Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt” actor and Athens native Tituss Burgess also weighed in, though without a photo:
.@universityofga imagine. going to a voice lesson at the school of music and my teacher has a gun. I hope I sing it right. #VetoHB859
