Police Arrest Suspect in May Shooting
Athens-Clarke County police and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation arrested Athens resident Telvin Fleming, 20, on Friday and charged him with the drive-by shooting of Jordorian Randolph, 18, outside a Westchester Circle duplex on May 30.
Police responded to reports of gunshots at about 1 a.m. that night. Randolph, who lived on nearby Chalfont Lane, was found shot and died on the scene.
Fleming is charged with felony murder and aggravated assault.
