As you published Zvazdana Ukropina-Crawford's fantasies (Jan. 8, 2014) about what to do with the Armstrong & Dobbs tract, may I express mine with only a little tongue-in-cheek? My fantasy is that Walmart—which can at least pay the asking price for the tract—buy it, build a SuperDuper Walmart, and pave the rest for parking. It might even generate enough taxes to give the other property owners in Athens-Clarke County a tax break, and it will raise the water level in the Oconee River with relatively clean water with rain runoff!
