If you still miss both breakfast and brunch at The National, neither of which is available anymore, and/or you really prefer your eggs with a side of false eyelashes, note that Boybutante's annual Drag Brunch is taking place at the restaurant this Sunday.

Tickets are $20 and include access to a menu including egg and spinach casserole; braised and pulled chicken with tomato and peppers; Nueske's bacon; creamy Red Mule grits; home fries with herbs and sea salt; fruit salad; local lettuces with sherry vinaigrette; warm yeast rolls with brown butter, brown sugar and sea salt; sour cream coffee cake; and pumpkin muffins.

Juice and coffee are included in the price, but if you must have booze you can get it at the bar. Seatings at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. still have tickets available, which you can buy online here. Proceeds go to AIDS Athens.
