Hey. We went to Moogfest in Asheville, NC this past weekend. Here's some delicious photographic documentation for that azz.

SANTIGOLD: This was the girl to see on a Halloween weekend. Her fluorescent outfits and schoolyard-style back-up dancers whipped the crowd into a costumed ecstasy pit.

FOUR TET

DIVINE FITS: New band fronted by Britt Daniel from Spoon and Dan Boeckner from Wolf Parade. Weird to see them in an arena, but they absolutely killed it.

EL-P: We saw someone eating pizza and thrashing. It was awesome. He was stoked to be there and seemed surprised at the crowd's response: "Damn, Asheville really came out tonight!"

NAS: Electrifying powerhouse from the minute he walked out. Also, the dudes in his rock-solid backup band looked like they'd be fun to party with.

SQUAREPUSHER

BEAR IN HEAVEN: Fun to watch, easy on the ears, and the first Moogfest show we went to. Primed us for future good times. We were so happy we almost forgot we missed Killer Mike. ALMOST.
