Above, check out a video of Diamond Rugs—pretty much the coolest supergroup to ever exist (the band features John McCauley and Robbie Crowell of Deer Tick, Ian Saint Pe of The Black Lips, Steve Berlin of Los Lobos, Bryan Dufresne of Six Finger Satellite and Athens' very own Hardy Morris of Dead Confederate)—playing their beat-up desert-garage single "Blue Mountains" on "The Late Show with David Letterman" Monday night.
