Police Investigate Shooting on Westside
Athens-Clarke County police responded to a call about shots fired on Westchester Circle, off Mitchell Bridge Road, at about 1 a.m. today. They found Jordanius Randolph, 18, of nearby Chalfont Lane, hidden in hedges near a residence.

Another ARMC Administrator Has Resigned
Athens Regional Medical Center Chief Information Officer Gretchen Tegethoff resigned today in the wake of a scandal over the implementation of a new electronic medical records system.
Tegethoff's departure follows that of CEO Jamey Thaw, who resigned last Thursday, two days after more than 200 doctors affiliated with the hospital met and held a no-confidence vote on Thaw's leadership.

Police Report Rash of Lawn Mower Larcenies
The Lawnmower Man could be breaking into your shed as we speak.

Sometime last week, a motor, some push mowers, bed frames and a toolbox turned up missing from a garage on Harve Mathis Road.
Over the weekend, a weed eater, riding mower, push mower, edger, padlock and trailer were reported stolen from Dekle Road.
Athens-Clarke County police say there's been a rash of lawn-care equipment thefts in the area and put out an alert Tuesday offering tips on how to keep your John Deere out of the hands of criminals.
