1. Sarah Chico, Carrie Freshour, Jonathan Garcia, Emma Krass, Yineira Lopez and Jhoanna Padron

The six student demonstrators were arrested following a sit-in last week to protest the Board of Regents’ ban on undocumented students at UGA.

2. Drive-­By Truckers

Though most of its members no longer live in Athens, the group's back in town for its annual Homecoming stand at the 40 Watt. See this week's Flagpole for more.

3. South Kitchen + Bar

The restaurant is restoring the Georgian ballroom to its former glory.

4. Scott Pope

The painter has a colorful exhibition up at OCAF in Watkinsville. Read more in this week's paper. 

5. Justin Scott­-Wesley

The former Georgia Bulldog football star is exploring his other love: music. He'll play (as Steze)Thursday at Normaltown Hall.
