Mark Richt's Old House Is for Sale for $800,000
Former UGA football coach Mark Richt has moved on to Miami and put his Athens home on the market for $799,900.
The five-bedroom French Provincial stucco house, built in 1999 on four acres in a subdivision off Simonton Bridge Road just over the county line, comes complete with Bible verses stenciled on the walls and a stacked stone fire pit out back by the swimming pool.
